Tableland wonders

Hooray for the Tablelands! A magnificent slice of Queensland where every waterfall, lake and flower is more amazing than the last one. Where people are lovely and the fig trees offer you an ultimate Tarzan moment. It's every backpackers wet dream to find a farm job in this beautiful area and every hostel has a waitinglist of willing workers. I've been holidaying more than I've been working in Australia, but this is a place where I wouldn't mind spending some months picking fruit or mowing lawns. But then again I wouldn't mind hitching from festival to rave either. So I think I'll just stick to that for now.
